Screen size & pricing
Installed 'from' prices (e.g. £899 Starter Installed) assume a standard wall-mounted TV (typically 43″–55″). Larger screens for main halls cost more — we confirm screen size and final price in your written quote.
Flexible option
Prefer to supply your own TV? We can still mount it and wire the Display Unit. Your quote covers labour and the Display Unit; we do not charge for a TV you provide.
Need more than one screen?
Each installed package includes one screen. Most masjids add 2–4 locations (main hall, sisters' area, entrance): extra installed screens from £349 each.

What counts as a help session?
- One help session is one issue we work on with you, up to 30 minutes. If you contact us again about the same issue within a week, it still counts as one session.
- We can help with: Changing settings, updating content, pairing screens, prayer time CSVs, donations setup, and fixing things remotely.
- We cannot help with: Broken hardware (after warranty), your masjid's Wi‑Fi or internet, Stripe or SumUp account problems, and mistakes in content your team entered.
- If something is genuinely broken in our software, we fix it free under Platform Support — it does not use up your paid help sessions.
Need more than your plan includes? Extra help sessions cost £95 on Care and £85 on Priority Care and Display Guard. On-site visits: £99 labour + travel per included visit; additional visits £199 + travel.

A pocket channel your hall screen cannot reach
MasjidConnect Community is a free app for worshippers. Add your listing — on any plan — and your timetable, events, giving, and push notifications appear inside, fed from the same dashboard as your screens. When janazah is announced or Jumu'ah moves rooms, members who opted in see it on their lock screen, not buried in a muted WhatsApp group.

Every plan includes online donations. MasjidConnect adds a small platform fee on top of Stripe’s or SumUp’s processing costs. The fee scales down as your plan grows. And your donors can choose to cover it at checkout, so 100% of their gift reaches your masjid.
